Miniatur Wunderland starts into the greatest adventure of its history: In summer 2017 the initially crazy vision was born to build the new Wunderland section South America together with a great South American family in South America. The crazy idea has now developed into a very precise plan and a wonderful collaboration across continents and time zones.<\/p>\n
Since summer 2018, we have been working with the Martinez family in a suburb of Buenos Aires on the most daring project in the history of Wunderland. Together with a team of 15 South Americans, model builders from Wunderland are creating the new, spectacular section. In the first construction phase, around 200 square meters are planned from the Amazon to the Andes, to Rio and to the Antarctic. This section is to be shipped to Hamburg in 2021 and opened in the new location by the end of 2021.<\/p>\n
